Mauresque Maï Taï

Ingredients

2cl Pastis des Alpes
2cl 1883 Orgeat syrup
2cl Cuban white dark Rum
2cl French dark Rum
2cl lime juice
2 dashes orange blossom
Water

Pour all the ingredients in a small shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain in an Old- fashioned glass on crushed ice. Garnish with almonds, a star anise and mint sprig.
